Uno Falafel

Just to share....
I am a real regular at Uno restaurant. I love the ambiance..the food..desserts and BREAD! =)
My frist time to the this appetizer....the Falafel...coarsely ground chick peas..made into little baby patties....so good. We had it with pasta and salad. Nice!!!

We used to be very regular too (given that we're only 5 minutes or less away), but financial constraints and the need to eat in other places have left us visiting it less. In any case, it is still my favorite restaurant, and I think I would cry and cry if it ever closed. I was just there last Friday (goodness, maybe we have seen each other before).

I would love to pick Chef Relucio's brain. He always has wonderful and fresh ideas, and not at all nakakasuya like most other restaurants of this genre are.

OMG Manggy...this was FRIDAY!!!! I was upstairs...and you? Maybe we have!!!! Grabe ah...my office is near the area that is why I can frequent the place. So lucky are we! =)So I take it you live a few steps away..along the same street where it is...I can stalk you now! hahaha (joke!!!!)

I would definitely weep and mourn with you should this place close..but don't fret..WE WILL KEEP IT ALIVE! No sign of it happening anytime soon as it is always packed!

So that chef's name is Chef Relucio...I always see him and praise him in silence or to who ever I am with. I think its his personal touch and consistent presence attribute to the relentless satisfaction we get dining here =)This is the kind of restaurant I dream of having...

Don't you just love their bread??? I could have it as a MEAL with coffee or with soup!
