Whatelse is new??! Saturday was another wafully HOT day! My friend Oli told me he wanted to hang out in the mall to COOL down---I was most definitely GAME! He fetched me from the office around 5pm and we headed to Shang mall. My friend Ling was also there waiting for her
BF and so we met up with her for some
meryenda. Oli suggested we try
Bibingkinitan! It's located at the foodcourt of Shang mall, and owned by
Tea Square--(they sell great ice Teas and Breastick...love the chicken pesto!), which it happens to share the stall with.
For Php 20.00 you get one of these mini-bibingkas, freshly cooked and smothered with butter and sprinkled with sugar (if you like)
Not bad for 20 bucks ei! It's rather nakakabusog because its mabigat sa tiyan, being a rice cake! Ofcourse its nothing like Bibingkas from Via Mare, but coming out fresh from the oven and onto little rounds of banana leaves to your empty stomach---its pretty ok na din =)
