I opened the pantry to look for ingredients I can use. I found a can of pink Salmon, mushrooms...and colored pasta shapes! Goodie! I sauteed the Salmon with garlic and onions in butter....added the mushrooms. I mixed sour cream with a little flour and chicken stock and added this to the saute...seasoned it..added cheese and simmered until cooked and thick. I added the cooked pasta shapes and added more cheese...tada....
Well, it was good =) Salmon and mushroom stroganoff it was..and I served it with buttered toasts.
