It was a hot Sunday afternoon...my friend and I shared some mud....mud pie that is...from Burgoo! hehehe =) We were both full still....from lunch and my brunch so we just opted for some cool dolci. This was yummy, yummy! Made of coffee and chocolate ice cream...with a nice cookie crust! The perfect summer pie =)
